To start to order your napkins, please follow the steps:
Logo in with your account;
Tick youe favrate embossing, then the right size and right fold style for your napkin;
Tick the quantities you want to order and then confirm;
Type in the words you want to put on the napkin, you may select the font, adjust the size, rotate your words, change the color, and confim;
Upload your logo and adjust or rotate it until to the right place;
Confirm all the details are all good to you and checkout;
We will come back via email with a PDF file that you have created from TickYou.com.au to confirm the final products matches with your thoughts (Please note, because it's a customized products, return will not be acceptable, so please make sure that your design is satisfied before you check out, we won't give you refund after you confirmed) ;
Start to manufacture the napkins and will be finished in 3 weeks;
You will receive a email for the final napkins looks like before they will put into the container;
Your napkins will on the water for about 4 to 5 weeks before they would arrived to the Port of Melbourne;
The container normally will in the port for about 7 days waiting for the final release from the Custom before they would be deliveried to to our warehouse;
We will delivery your napkin to your hand in 1 week once they unload to our warehouse.
So normally you will receive your napkin in about 6 to 8 weeks after you placed and confirmed the order.
