Q: How long we need to wait before we can receive my products?
A: Normally we offer you a time for 6~8 weeks but as you know, the interation shipping and all the other process sometimes are out of our control, so we will give you update when we could to let you track your products.
Q: Can I get refund if the products are not satisfied?
A: Since all the products are Customized here, so they will not acceptable for any retrun or refund once the order is confirmed, if you are not happy with the products you received, we will investgate what's the issue, and we will try our best to fix the issue in the next order.
Q: Can I make the printing on the whole napkin?
A: Yes, you can. Since 95% of the clients only need to print the logo on the out of the display fold side, so if you have any further question, please kindly contact us via Sale@TickYou.com.au to get help.
Q: How many colors I could put on the napkin?
A: Normally we offer 1 color, but actually we offer you a 4 color printing but th eprice would be higher, on the page the price is only for one color printing but if you need any more color printing please kindly contact us via Sale@TickYou.com.au and our professinal stuff will help you to confirm all your requirments.
